| The way to the cabin was not blocked; however, we could see the fires from where we were. In the past, they have always blocked the roadways. After a while, we decided we should leave. As we were leaving, we noticed a road closure sign--they must have put up the sign after we had arrived. We are grateful that the fire didn't reach our cabin; however, it came close. Across the street was hit hard. |
