Hailey Gets Her Ears Pierced!

Hailey wanted to get her ears pierced; however, both Bryan and I wanted her to earn the privilege by demonstrating responsibility. Hailey had been working on reading her scriptures daily, and practicing her piano without reminders, so we decided that if she could continue this gaol (for one month) without reminders from mom or dad, then she could get her ears pierced!! On July 3, 2009, we surprised Hailey by taking her to Claire's...she had met her goal, and it was up to us to fulfill our side of the bargain!

On July 3, 2009, we surprised Hailey by taking her to Claire's...she had met her goal, and it was up to us to fulfill our side of the bargain!
Hailey was so excited to get her ears pierced! She had a few tears from the shock of the pierce, but then she was all smiles!
